We can happily work with you to tailor our existing designs to suit your needs. To do so, we do require a minimum order of 50 units per style of garment (inclusive of 3 colours). All product accessories can be customised to your liking and minimum order requirements will be quoted at the time of your request.

Personalised embroidery is also available.

Our size grade ranges from XS - XXXL for all One & Aum garments. Additional size grading is available on request.

XS: 8 - 10 (AU/UK)

S: 10 - 12 (AU/UK)

M: 12 - 14 (AU/UK)

L: 14 - 16 (AU/UK)

XL: 16 - 18 (AU/UK)

Depending on the complexity of the order will determine the order processing time. On average, it can take up to a week to finalise your order requirements and submit to our makers for creation.

Production time varies as you’d understand, depending on volume per order - on average, the production time can take between 3 - 6 weeks for garment orders up to 100 units, 6 - 8 weeks for 101 - 300 units, and 8 - 12 weeks for 301 + units. Product accessories range between 1 - 4 weeks for product accessories.

A current and more accurate order processing and production timeline is provided at the time of order placement.

All products are designed in Torquay, Australia.

We choose to work with an ethical and environmentally conscious manufacturer in Bali to make our wears, called Dewata Bali Manufacturer.

Dewata offer ethical and sustainable production, supporting local families of skilled artisans and craftsmen to work in a supportive and safe environment.

They use high quality organic materials to create unique artisan products that require rare materials and craftsmanship; resulting in thoughtfully well made, long lasting pieces.

All products if made with organic cotton, are made by Dewata Bali Manufacturing.

Our jewelry is made in India.

All remaining well-being product accessories are made in Australia, by local suppliers.

We mainly work with organic cotton. Each garment and or product accessory made of organic cotton, is made up of at least 90%. We are using up to 10% stretch for multi purposeful use. Our products are recycled and or upcycled by partners, Upparel.

All orders require a 25% deposit of the total bill for the order to be processed by One & Aum. The Stockist will receive an Invoice upon ordering and payable within 7 days.

Balance on all orders are payable prior to shipment of ordered goods.

Standard payment terms are 7 days from the Invoice date. Retailers can apply for net payment terms, 15 or 30 days.

Payment is accepted via either Direct Debit, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay Shop Pay, Latitude Pay, Afterpay or via PayPal.

One & Aum place 2 grouped annual orders per year with their Manufacturer.

Retailers must have their orders placed with One & Aum by the 1st of May and 1st of October, annually.

1st of May orders are delivered to Stockists in September

1st of October orders are delivered to Stockists in March.

*Please note; One & Aum take and process orders on demand all year round. If orders are less than our manufacturer’s MOQ of 50 units, they are grouped and processed once we reach the MOQ.

Please allow 1-5 working days once payment of deposit has been received for us to process your wholesale order.

Domestic shipping is quoted and charged on top of the price of stock. One & Aum uses couriers, Sendle and or Australia Post to ship stock domestically.

*Please note; for the first 12 months, all orders if made via Faire, will receive FREE shipping.

Domestic shipping estimated delivery duration is 2 to 9 business days. Please note; all shipments are Carbon Neutral.

International shipping is quoted and charged on top of the price of stock. Delivery of shipment is estimated at 6 - 27 business days.
