Return and refund policy

All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under the policy and our obligations to you.

  • At One and Aum you have 30 days to return your items (some exclusion apply) for a full refund or exchange as long as it is returned in a saleable condition with original proof of purchase. The refund will be provided using your original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

  • By saleable condition we mean that the item hasn’t been opened or used and is still in its original packaging.

  • One & Aum don’t accept return of faulty items that have been worn or returned without their tags or packaging and packaged accessories.

  • If you can’t provide proof of purchase then we will be unable to provide you with an exchange or refund.

Excluded change of mind items.

The following items cannot be returned if you change your mind:

  • Gift cards

Other products:

One and Aum will accept returns and provide you with an exchange, refund, repair or credit within 30 days of date of purchase where:

  • The item is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or

  • The item is not fit for its intended purpose, or

  • The product does not match the sample or our description

  • Receipt and or other adequate proof of purchase must be supplied upon submitting your Return Request Form.

One and Aum may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. We don’t accept return of faulty items that have been worn or returned without their tags.

Credit - Coupon Codes

If you have elected to receive a credit and your request has been approved, you will receive a credit - coupon code identification number and notified via your nominated email address. Your credit will be equal to the amount of your purchase of item/s you are returning.  All coupons are valid for 6 months after the date of issue.

Our retail customer coupon codes for discounts cannot be used on wholesale orders. As we have one system, the coupon code may work but is invalid. You will either be asked to pay wholesale prices or be issued a refund. We have the right to cancel your order at our discretion.

Exchange

If you require an exchange, please note that exchanges are subject to online availability. If your item is not available at the time of processing you will receive a refund or online credit in the way of a coupon code, dependent on whether the returned item was full price or sale. We cannot pre order or hold stock. 

Value of an item is determined by the amount paid and listed on your invoice. If you are exchanging for a completely different item, the value of the new item is determined by the online listed price at the time your exchange is processed. We cannot apply discounts from past sales/promotions. 

International Returns

The One and Aum Online store will not credit customs and duties paid on your order; this must be pursued by customers within their own jurisdiction. 

As the One and Aum Online store is not liable for the loss of the item being returned, we recommend sending your parcel with a traceable service. 

Proof of Purchase

Returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any one of the following proof of purchase documents:

  • Online Tax Invoice (order confirmations will not be accepted)

  • Financial Statement (i.e bank statement, credit card statement)

Refund

Refunds will be processed within 6 business days of receipt of returned item.  Reimbursement will be deposited into your nominated financial institution.

Privacy

You will be asked for information that is relevant to your return or to satisfy legislative requirement. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your return. If One and Aum agrees to a return without adequate proof of purchase, you will be asked to provide identification containing your full name. One and Aum will record your name and form of identification provided, which may be accessed by authorised One and Aum team members for fraud protection activities. Information collected will be securely stored in accordance with One and Aum’s Privacy Policy.

Return Request and Postage

To return an item that you have purchased from One and Aum's online store via post:

Download Return Request Form, complete and email your Return or Refund request to namaste@oneandaum.com.au

Please include the following information;

  • Do you require a refund, exchange of item or credit?

  • Detailed reasoning for your request

  • Date and proof of purchase of item/s

  • How can we best meet your needs

Should your request be approved, you will be notified via email and provided with a return identification number (if any).  Please include your identification number with the item/s that you are returning into a suitable parcel or box. 

We may provide you with a return postage label, or customer service may contact you to agree on the postage cost and method and arrange reimbursement.  If the latter option is agreed upon by both parties, in order to be reimbursed, we must receive a copy of your receipt of payment made for postage and send to namaste@oneandaum.com.au. Reimbursement of postage costs will be deposited into your nominated financial institution within 7 business days of receipt of proof of payment.

Postage will be at your own expense and / or we reserve the right to charge you for any postage costs incurred for returns should a refund or exchange be declined or if you’ve changed your mind. If you've requested an exchange of a product that you’ve purchased online, we’ll do our best to fulfil your request, however please note that this is subject to stock availability.
